teluk4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Violations of these terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, as well as freezing of any existing balance. In certain cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Financial Transactions and IDR Payments
All financial transactions on the teluk4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We offer a range of local payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including bank transfers and digital wallets.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is your own and legally valid. Using another party's credit card, bank account, or digital wallet without proper authorization is a serious violation and will be addressed in accordance with applicable terms.
All withdrawal requests will be processed once account verification is complete. The verification process may require identity documents to confirm the validity of the transaction. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and submission time — typically within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other violations of our terms. If a transaction is cancelled, funds will be returned to their original source once the investigation has been completed.
Bonuses and promotions received through the teluk4d platform are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual promotion, including any rollover requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5. Account Policy and Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension and Closure
teluk4d reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close a user's account at any time if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found. A suspension may be temporary for the purposes of investigation or permanent if the violation is confirmed. Users will be notified via their registered email address, unless doing so would compromise the investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closing an account does not automatically waive any financial obligations that may still exist at the time of closure.

teluk4d is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or events beyond our control that affect service accessibility. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by users as a result of using this service.
We strive to provide a stable and reliable service, but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or entirely free from technical errors. Users acknowledge and accept this risk as part of using an internet-based service.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
